Service is really really bad, cab was booked at 8:15AM but arrived 8:35AM, got late for school and office. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cabs are usually late from GT cars in Sutton,so I waited 5 minutes before calling the office at 0450 this morning,only for the phone call to be cut off mid ring 3 times and then left to ring continuously!!!!! Thankfully uber picked me up at 0500. I finally got an answer from them at 0630 to be told a shift change at 0600 was the reasony 0445 pickup was missed. DUH
